If you have a return, please email us at hello@lv-lc.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. After receiving approval from Little Village Learning Collective, items must be shipped back to us within 14 days along with proof of purchase. Items must be unused in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for any return postage costs. Any returns or exchanges that are returned damaged or outside of the return window will not be fully refunded.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email if your refund request has been approved. Approved returns will be refunded by the original method of payment within 10 working days.
